As the Enterprise E-Commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for helping the enterprise team and our clients create marketplace listings across all marketplaces supported by Vendoo. You will have to do product research to make the item as accurate and sellable as possible. You will also have to have constant communication with our clients and the team about the items and our product.
Responsibilities
- Creating marketplace listing based on images
- Research of product to make marketplace listing
- Making item ready to list across various marketplaces by mapping different marketplace fields (ex: categories, brands, etc.)
- Listing and delisting items using the Vendoo software
- Communicate with seller via calls or email for item reviews or any inquiries
- Communicate with developers and other team members for product improvements
Requirements
- Knowledge of fashion item attributes and terminology
- C1/Excellent level of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark, Depop, etc.
- Team player and motivated
- Tech-savvy
- Must have laptop
Nice to have
- Having worked in the e-commerce or fashion industry
- Having sold or bought products online
Note: The salary for this position is USD 1,000/month for Latin-American based candidates.
