Facebook Marketplace Discount & Listing Contest: Terms & Conditions

Introduction

1.1 - These rules apply to all competitions, giveaways, contests and promotions that are promoted through our website, social media channels or mailing list regarding Vendoo announcement of their Facebook Marketplace integration.

1.2 - To enter a competition, participants must complete all listed requirements.

1.3 - Our competitions are free to enter, but each participant must have an active Vendoo subscription at the time of entry.

1.4 - Any information provided by applicants will not be shared and will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy (https://www.vendoo.co/privacy)

Eligibility & Entry Restrictions

2.1 - To be eligible to enter a competition, participants must be a real person, and must be located in the United States.

2.2 - Participants must not be our employee, or related to any person or organization involved in running the contest. You must not be a family relation of any such person.

2.3 - Competition participants for promotions on social media must have a genuine account and must follow Vendoo in order to be eligible to participate.

2.4 - The maximum number of entries per contest may vary, but will be specified in the participation details for each contest.

Starting and Closing Dates

3.1 - A competition will open for entries at the time and specified on our website, social media channels or newsletter, and similarly will close at the date specified. Unless otherwise noted, these times and dates will be set to EST (Eastern Standard Time).

3.2 - Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered

3.3 - No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that were not received.

3.4 - We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. In this event, all participants will be notified of the changes as soon as possible.

3.5 - Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Judging

4.1 - Competition entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of the criteria specified on our website, social media channels or mailing list in relation to the competition.

4.2 - If a competition participant does not meet eligibility requirements, they will not be entitled to any prizes.

4.3 - Our decision in respect to all matters to do with a competition will be final.

Coupons

5.1 - Redeeming a coupon is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5.2 - Each coupon is identified by a code and has a different value. Coupons are valid for a limited time and expire on the date specified by Vendoo, Inc.

5.3 - Each participant can only redeem one coupon per Vendoo account and any cancellation of the participant’s active subscription status will void the coupon.

5.4 - Vendoo Inc, reverses the right to cancel or suspend a coupon at any time and will notify all participants in that instance
