Any remaining Items from your monthly plan that are unused are lost at the end of each billing cycle.
Customers are eligible for refunds or account credits on a situational basis if Vendoo fails to provide users with the services they have paid for. This includes persistent software errors that prevent the customer from listing their items.
Vendoo does not grant refunds for customers who are testing out the software. Our pricing model includes a free plan that allows new users to test each feature and list up to five new items per month.
Customers are not eligible for a refund if they have already begun using their allotted items for the month. We also will not grant refunds for personal reasons.
Vendoo currently accepts all major credit cards.
